The program will feature the world premiere of Solstice, a new work by composer David Handler, who is Co-Founder of (Le) Poisson Rouge and Founding Executive & Artistic Director of Ensemble LPR; John Adams’ Shaker Loops (1983); W. A. Mozart’s Piano Concerto No 23 in A major, K 488 (1786); and Arnold Schoenberg’s Verklärte Nacht (Transfigured Night), Op. 4 (1899, revised 1943).
