On January 26, Sono Luminus will release Spektral Quartet‘s latest opus Serious Business (pre-order the Blu-Ray Audio + CD).

We are glad to premiere a video based on one movement of David Reminick‘s The Ancestral Mousetrap (five poems of Russell Edson).

Reminick is the singer/guitarist for the Chicago-based post-punk band Paper Mice and was the founding saxophonist for the International Contemporary Ensemble (ICE).

If you are in the city this weekend, don’t miss the pre-release concert and listening party at SubCulture this Saturday, January 9 at 6:30 p.m. (show at 7:30 p.m.). Grab your tickets!
